Members of the Virtual Advisory Panel

The members of the Virtual Advisory Panel who have contributed to the Phase I project are introduced here. Needless to say, these panelists vary widely in experience and background, and not all panelists agree with all aspects of the "merged" findings reported here. I've indicated by an asterisk those panelists who signed on early and participated in (survived!) all of the discussions of the "first sprint" of the VAP.
